Springfield Thunder SC takes pride in the relationships and bonds that develop between the Club and players and their families. In an effort to ensure lines of communication stay open we want to hear when things are going good and when there are issues or concerns.

This form is sent directly to the Springfield Thunder Board of Directors shared e-mail account. Unless you list your name we are unable to determine who has a concern and how to best respond. Therefore, it is recommended to provide as much detail as possible, however we understand that there are times when complaints need to be anonymous.
