License Course Offerings

NEW - As of 12/6/16 MVYSA will require all coaches of a U9 to U15 teams have at least a Youth Module II, F license (currently available online from USSF - Here) or an equivalent NSCAA diploma (currently named 7v7/9v9 diploma). To implement this requirement assistant coaches who were carded for F16-S17 prior to 12/6/16 will not need to met the requirement until the next time they are issued a card. Coaches with waivers issued prior for the fall 2016 season must submit proof they have met this requirement prior to spring 2017 games. Any new coaches cards issued this spring will need to meet the new requirement.

MVYSA's parent organization Ohio South (OSYSA) is conducting many license classes this winter. Locally we will have NSCAA 7v7/9v9 Diploma (which MVYSA considers equivalent to the F license), E license and D license, courses along with NSCAA Goal Keeping courses. You can find details to help you choose which course to take on the OSYSA website at OSYSA License Course Information. You can see listings of offered courses and sign-up at OSYSA License Course Schedule

We encourage coaches of U9 and 10 teams to take the 7v7/9v9 diploma, coaches of U11 and 12 teams to take the E license class and coaches of teams older than U12 to take the D class to improve their skills with players as they get older.
