The 2008-09 season has ended for the U-9 boys of Springfield Thunder, and what a run it was. Congratulations to a team that:
Finished in a first-place tie in the Miami Valley Youth Soccer Association U-9 Division II 2008 fall season;
Finished in first-place in the winter session of indoor soccer at SportsPlex in Fairborn;
Finished a deceiving 1-5-2, good for sixth place, in the Miami Valley Youth Soccer Association U-9 Division I spring season;
Finished second in the U-9 Boys Bronze Division of the Strawberry Festival Tournament in Troy May 16-17, 2009.
Thank-you to all the players and parents for all your hard work, effort and time.
