2. Marketing Plan is progressing

3. ¼ page Ad was in Kolping Tourney Program, we will reciprocate for them
4. Similar agreement for ad swap with Strawberry Cup
5. Advertising purchased in OSYSA publications sent to all players and coaches in Ohio South is appearing
6. The 8 teams from Windsor, Ontario have paid their fees
7. Jennifer Smith is willing to help design t-shirt
4. Site committee report - John Berry
   1. Talked to Miste Adams of National Trails, they do not have a spare goal to use for fun area
   2. John has forms from Miste to reserve fields for Tourney – get them to Gene ASAP
   3. John reported that Miste indicated that the person selling concessions at Eagle City will be able to sell during tournament weekend.  Gene will contact Jay to see about last year’s agreement and Cindy will ask Miguel to review the current concession contract.
   4. We discussed past cost of overnight security on Friday and Saturday ($400), Jennifer Smith is getting cost from Sheriffs dept.
5. Fun/Special Events report - Jennifer Smith
   1. Speed timer for shots will happen this year – loaned from Sheriffs department
   2. Jennifer is contacting Care Source for in-kind donations of water bottles and first aide kits for tourney for advertising
   3. She also will contact Tooltech about a sponsorship
   4. Whirlpool event – no news
   5. Will explore Sheriff and deputies for dunk tank, TV personalities
   6. Lisa Web is getting her contact for Fire dept smoke training house
   7. Will save paper boxes for Laura to use for registration
6. Housing/Registration - Chris Watkins (U12G) and Kathy Nash (U10G)
   1. Laura has got a very positive response from Marriott – rooms have been block reserved, they will track number of rooms used for us, are going to purchase ½ page advertising and sponsor a golf cart.
   2. Fairfield Hotel made a positive response to block and track rooms this year
   3. Has meeting scheduled with Courtyard Inn
   4. We are getting a contact for Holiday Inn to Laura
   5. We agreed that we need stuffer material by August 1^st
7. Program/Cleanup – Cindy Beckdahl
   1. Marketing committee looking at potential in-kind swap of printing services for sponsorship of Dream Soccer
   2. Cindy agreed to handle cleanup supervision
   3. Jennifer Smith will check to see if Pride program can help with cleanup
8. Dream Soccer - Tony Cooper (U11G) - absent
   1. Has meet on his own for planning
   2. Will begin soliciting participants soon
   3. Is asking Rotary for some help
   4. Plans to have some of older players participate on Saturday of Tourney weekend
9. Personnel – Lisa Webb (U14G)  - absent
   1. We will recruit additional volunteers for this function from the new U9 teams after tryouts
