4. Site committee report - John Berry
   1. Gene has completed form for National Trail
   2. Gene contacted Jay about last year’s agreement - nothing in writing it just happened that vendor wasn’t on board for fall.  Cindy will ask Miguel to review the current concession contract.
   3. Ask Miste - How many RRs will National Trail have on site
5. Fun/Special Events report - Jennifer Smith
   1. Lisa Webb has arranged for Fire dept smoke training house and more
   2. Also Lisa Webb has arranged for Air Force Safety Dog and Plane
   3. What is you Sponsorships results

6. Housing/Registration - Laura Watkins (U12G) and Kathy Nash (U10G)
   1. Laura wants to adjust a date on Marriott contract
   2. Fairfield Inn has sent contract yet
7. Program/Cleanup – Cindy Beckdahl
   1. Swap deal printing services for sponsorship of Dream Soccer still in air
   2. Jennifer Smith will check to see if Pride program can help with cleanup
8. Dream Soccer - Tony Cooper (U11G)
   1. Dates for training session – August 1, 3, 8, 10
   2. Tony is arranging a photographer for Dream Soccer
   3. Looking for other activities for participants on Friday
9. Personnel/ Referee Food – Lisa Webb (U14G)
   1. North girls will do field marshals and carts.
   2. Lisa will arrange Sports Med and Cots
   3. Contact Jennifer Sheehan to determine food cost from last year, then check with Subway
