available for us to use

follow-up with restaurants about discount cards this week.
- Jennifer Sheehan
brought the brightly colored forms designed to seek additional contact
info from parents/coaches attending the tryout registration. Jody Distl
will bring them to next Wednesdays tryouts.
- Gene provided (via
Laura Watkins) pitch packets to meeting attendees. On the right-hand side
of the packet youll find the Sponsor Agreements and Advertising
Agreements (5 each) these are not to be left with sponsors we are to
complete them with the sponsor - then leave the yellow copy with the
sponsor and turn the original/top copy in to Laura Watkins. On the
left-hand side of the packet are 2 one-page pieces with important notes
for us to be aware of and detail on how to make the pitch and multiple
copies of 1.) Sponsorship levels and advertising detail and 2.) Background
info about the tournament (these are pieces to use with potential
sponsors).
