2. Absent – Tony Cooper, Laura Watkins, Cyndi DeCarlo, Jill Woods, Tiffani Kaffenbarger, Jeanine Cline
3. Admin Report – Gene Pitstick
   1. Form in to National Trails
   2. Sent email to Crew contact to schedule their booth for our tourney
   3. Learned about roster sizes adjustment recommendations
   4. Rivershark will not do photography, we will seek another vendor
   5. Ask about Frigidaire contact Carol Maas
4. Site committee report - John Berry
   1. Ask Miste - How many RRs will National Trail have on site
   2. John has arranged same contracts for porta johns and tents.
   3. John will contact Vince for dumpster
5. Fun/Special Events report - Jennifer Smith
   1. Discussed plans to have many free events this year – face painting, ball speed timing, plane, smoke house, golf hole, DARE
   2. Jennifer has not heard back on using deputies for security
   3. What is your Sponsorship results?
   4. Still looking into seeing if we can get Pride help for clean up?
   5. Jennifer will see if she can get donation of hand sanitizer dispensers from her employer
   6. Has also contacted Crew
   7. Jennifer has a meeting scheduled with Springfield Fire Dept.
6. Housing/Registration - Laura Watkins and Kathy Nash   
   1. Jennifer at Marriott pushed back the date we would lose blocking of rooms closer to tournament date and has blocked 20 additional rooms for us
   2. Striker from Canada booked rooms at Marriott
   3. No Contract from Fairfield yet
   4. No response from Kountry Inn
7. Program/Cleanup – Cindy Beckdahl
   1. Looking for printer suggestions
8. Dream Soccer - Tony Cooper (in Europe)
   1. Dates for training sessions – August 1, 3, 8, 10
9. Personnel/ Referee Food – Lisa Webb
   1. Are you checking with subway?
   2. Did you get how much was ordered from Jennifer?
10. Concessions – Cyndi DeCarlo (U10B), Jill Woods (U10G), Tiffani Kaffenbarger (U12B), Jeanine Cline (U13B)
    1. Cindy Beckdahl is talking with Tim Smith about concessions contract
11. T-shirts/Awards – Sharon Diviak
    1. Cindy gave Sharon last years bill
    2. She will order T-shirts (for sale and for Dream soccer), trophies for winning teams, Medals for Dream Soccer, Referee perks, patches for each participant, sportsmanship awards
    3. We explained past practices and our needs for this year
