Agenda

1. Reviewed site committee tasks for 2005 with John Berry
   1. Carts – talk to Deanna to contact Windy Knoll
   2. tents, tables, chairs,
   3. RR – same number
   4. Corner flags – gene will buy those needed for new teams and we will get the rest from current coaches
   5. Dumpster – Contact Vince
   6. generator – Scanlon loaned last year, stay in contact with Jennifer to handle her electrical needs
   7. Security overnight on Friday and Saturday – Coordinate with Jennifer Smith

2. Reviewed Fun/Special Events with Jennifer Smith
   1. Hairs coloring and face painting were extremely popular last year, will be continued this year
   2. Udders and Putters golf hole
   3. Dunk Tank – very popular, schedule more coaches
   4. Radar speed timer - will coordinate with Sheriffs department and help John get  security
   5. Other?
