  3. Jennifer suggested creating promotional handouts to be handed out by our teams this spring, all agreed this is a good idea,  Tony will work on this
  4. Jay will contact National Trails to ensure we can operate concessions as we did last year.
  5. Gene will provide a document listing last year’s leadership as a resource for this year.
  6. Gene will prepare a budget proposal, get board approval and present at the next meeting.
  7. We agreed to set up Thunder Spirit Booth in a tent separate from t-shirt sales to facilitate money tracking at the tournament.
  8. Next Meeting will be May 2 at 8 PM at Gene Pitstick’s, 4305 Phoenix Drive.

B. Budget Review

  1. Last years budget based on 40 teams
  2. Actual teams that attended were 49
  3. This years budget based on 64 teams
  4. Is Chamber of Commerce grant possible this year?
  5. Amounts for 2005 budget based on proportional increase in number of attending teams
  6. The Income for Sponsorship Fees and the Expense for Charity Contribution will match
  7. Soccer balls and corner flags purchased also meet needs for each 2005 Thunder team
  8. OSYSA covers insurance
  9. Hopefully we can borrow radios from Center City again
  10. Last year we refunded one teams fee – see contingency fund
