Springfield Thunder is a select
soccer club that plays in the Miami Valley Youth Soccer Association
and are members of the Ohio South Youth Soccer Association, US Youth
Soccer, the United States Soccer Federation and the FIFA (the governing
body for world soccer). Teams
train with volunteer and professional coaches to develop skills to play
competitive soccer at any level.

Two
tryout sessions for
the 2009-10 year were held on June 2nd & 4th. We need a few more players
to help fill some rosters. If you know of a potential player
please use the form at the right to recommend the player.
Tryout Details
 Columbus
Crew Soccer Camp
The Springfield Thunder will again host a Columbus Crew Soccer Camp at
Eagle City Soccer Complex. The dates this year are August 3-7 from
6:00 PM to 8:30 PM each day. The camp is intended for ages 6-14.
The camp cost is $100. Every camper receives professional
instruction, a Crew game ticket, and an Adidas made Columbus Crew soccer
ball.
